Ideal location for easy airport access. Friendly and helpful staff. Booked taxis for onward journeys. Substantial breakfast buffet. Staff went out of their way to provide a good service.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel near the airport and Pashupati Temple area. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and parking was available. Breakfast in the Blue Coriander restaurant was substantial and the catering staff were very attentive.

This hotel is a real treasure! It's located near Pashupatinath temple and just a short taxi ride from Thamel. The room is clean and comfortable with a western bathroom and a great shower. The staff is friendly and polite, and the complimentary buffet breakfast is delicious. There's even an on-site restaurant with fair prices. Plus, the hotel offers a power backup and pick and drop facility which is very convenient during frequent power outages.

The waiters in the on-site restaurant could be a bit slow during rush hours.

Spent my new year at this hotel and I loved the fact that they had a fantastic view and a cozy fireplace to spend chilly winter nights. The staff was also very helpful and accommodative, making my stay a lot more enjoyable. they offered a great variety of food options to cater for varying tastes.

While the hotel was great in many aspects, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow, which made checking my emails and browsing the internet difficult. despite being located near the airport, the hotel was pretty far from the city center, making it difficult to access some tourist sites without a car.

Great value for money with lovely staff who were always happy to help. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and situated in a bustling area full of great shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and fast WiFi access. Housekeeping was excellent and our room was always kept clean and tidy.

While the overall cleanliness was good, some of the towels and linens had a few stains on them. The breakfast was average at best, with limited options and bland food.
